Gabriella Lewis-White
Gabriella Lewis-White is the Director of Pro Bono Legal Services for the D.C. Bar Pro Bono Center. In this role, she supervises and oversees the Pro Bono Center’s Landlord Tenant Resource Center, Attorney of the Day Eviction Defense Program, and Housing Right to Counsel Program. These programs deliver legal information, advice, and representation to District residents living on low incomes. She joined the Pro Bono Center in 2017.
Prior to joining the Pro Bono Center, Gabriella served as a Supervising Attorney and Adjunct Professor at D.C. Law Students in Court, now Rising for Justice—A clinical program that educates students from D.C. area law schools and provides free legal representation to low-income litigants in the District.
She graduated summa cum laude from Hampton University and the American University Washington College of Law.
Gabriella sits on the D.C. Superior Court’s Landlord & Tenant Branch Rules Committee.
